Ingredients

For the brownies

400 g (14.5 oz) Nutella

40 g (3 tbsp) All purpose flour

10 g (1 tbsp) Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Whole egg

1 Egg yolk

30 g (2 tbsp) Hot milk

 

Method

For the brownies

In a bowl, mix the Nutella, eggs and dry ingredients.

Add hot milk.

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased and floured baking pan, lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven to 160 °C (320 °F) for 18 minutes.

Do not over-bake.

When cool trim sides of the brownies and cut into bars.
