Ingredients
(Makes 1 serving)
160 g (⅔ cup) Milk
1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Sugar
50 g (1½ oz) Dark Chocolate CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
Instructions
Into a heat proof measuring jug or a TALL microwave safe cup/container add: the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and half of the milk.
Mix to break up the cocoa lumps as best you can. Add the remaining milk.
For a thin hot chocolate microwave this mixture anywhere between 1 minute - 1 minute and 30 seconds or until HOT.
For a creamy hot chocolate microwave for 1 full minute. Give it a mix and microwave again for an additional 2 minutes. This will come to a rolling boil.
Finally, add the chocolate, cut into SMALL pieces, and mix until fully melted and serve!
